Refund Policy

Two different things can appear on your invoice, and they are refundable on different terms. This page separates them, because the difference is not ours to decide.

Subscription

14 days, no questions asked. If you are unhappy with RYQO within 14 days of your first payment, write to us and we refund it in full.

After that, you can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the period you have already paid for runs to its end and is not refunded pro rata.

If a renewal charge caught you by surprise — you had stopped using RYQO and forgot the subscription — tell us within 14 days of the charge. We would rather refund it than argue about it.

Domain registrations

A registered domain cannot be refunded. This is not a policy we chose. A registration is executed at the domain registry the moment it is bought, the registry charges us immediately and irreversibly, and neither we nor our registrar can undo it.

The same applies to a renewal of a domain, for the same reason.

What you keep is the domain itself: it is registered to you, for the full term you paid for, and you may transfer it to another registrar at any time — including after you stop using RYQO. If you cancel your subscription, we transfer it out on request.

Before a domain is bought we show its price, the price of the following year's renewal, and whether auto-renewal is on. If a purchase fails after the money is taken — the payment succeeded but the registration did not — we refund it in full automatically, and we tell you so in the same message.

How to ask

Write to hello@ryqo.io from the email address on the account. We reply within two business days.

Refunds are processed by Paddle, which is the merchant of record for your purchase, and go back to the card you paid with. Banks usually take a further 5–10 days to show them.

Statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. Nothing on this page limits that right. Where you asked us to start the service immediately, that right may not extend to the part already supplied — and, for a domain, not to the registration itself.
